Article Withdraw
Author(s) are not allowed to withdraw the submitted manuscript because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources by the editors and reviewer, money and works invested by the publisher. There is agreement that the article submitted is not in / is in the process of being reviewed / has been published later in another journal.
It is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal.
If the author still asks for the withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the writer will be punished by paying USD 120.00 per manuscript, as a bill to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw manuscripts sent from one journal if accepted by another journal. Withdrawal of manuscripts after being accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying USD 150.00 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawals are only permitted after a withdrawal penalty has been registered with the publisher.
