CC BY-SA License: All articles published in IJORTAS are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License. This framework balances maximum dissemination with the protection of research integrity.

Usage and ShareAlike Rights: Under this license, readers and the public are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially. However, users must give appropriate credit to the original authors and the journal, and if they alter or build upon the work, they must distribute their contributions under the same CC BY-SA license.

Full Copyright Retention: Authors retain the copyright of their work with absolutely no restrictions. They do not sign away their intellectual property rights to the publisher.

Self-Archiving Policy: Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks) prior to and during the submission process, as this leads to earlier visibility and greater academic citation.

Defining the legal agreement between authors and the journal publisher.

License to Publish: By submitting their work, authors grant IJORTAS a non-exclusive license to publish, host, archive, and distribute the work globally in electronic and/or print formats.

First Publication Rights: This agreement permits the parent organization, the Lamintang Education and Training (LET) Centre, to be the first publisher of the manuscript and to coordinate metadata registration (such as obtaining DOIs through Crossref) for permanent digital identification.

Unrestricted Access: In compliance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access, users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of all articles without asking prior permission from either the publisher or the authors.

Open Dissemination: While user access is free, the ShareAlike clause guarantees that any downstream modification of the knowledge remains within the open-access ecosystem under identical licensing terms.
