Article Withdraw

Author Commitment & Ethics

By submitting a manuscript to IJORTAS, authors are obliged to approve the checklist provided during submission. The author affirms that the work is not under review elsewhere, has not been accepted, and has not been published in another journal. Withdrawing a manuscript because it has been accepted by another journal is strictly considered unethical.

Editor's Right to Publish: If the Editorial Board considers the submitted manuscript to be scientifically sound and highly eligible for publication, the journal reserves the right to proceed with publication despite any withdrawal request. Under these circumstances, all subsequent consequences of the publication shall be borne solely by the authors.

Important Notice: Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts. Such actions constitute a waste of valuable resources that editors and referees have spent a great deal of time processing, alongside the operational work invested by the publisher.

Manuscript Withdrawal Penalty Fee Structure
Withdrawal Request Stage Penalty Fee
Requested during the peer-review process. USD 250.00
Requested after the manuscript is officially accepted for publication. USD 400.00
Withdrawal of an "Article in Press" due to severe errors, dual-submission, plagiarism, or fraudulent data. USD 500.00
  • Official Request Requirement: Any withdrawal request must be formally submitted through an official letter signed by the corresponding author and their institutional/agency leader, sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Forced Publication Clause: If the editor evaluates that the article is highly eligible and deserves to be published, the journal may still publish the manuscript. All academic, legal, or institutional consequences resulting from this publication will be fully and solely borne by the author(s).
  • Non-compliance & Banning Penalty: If the author fails or refuses to pay the designated withdrawal penalty, the author (and their entire institutional affiliation) will be strictly blacklisted and barred from any future publishing. No articles by the author will be accepted or published across ALL Lamintang journals as long as the penalty remains unpaid.
